Late policy:  We need time to create your masterpiece! If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, we'll need to reschedule for another day. While we do not charge for tardiness or missed appointments, we ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. Multiple no-call/no-shows may result in being taken off a stylist's books permanently.
